This charming property has a prime location in a central area of Nerja and within an 8 minute walk to Burriana beach and 15 minutes to the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcon de Europa. There are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops in the immediate vicinity.

The villa has a large kitchen and open plan living and dining area with double French windows to the pool and garden with the covered section ideal for al fresco dining. There is a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a shared family bathroom with bath and shower.

This property is ideal for families and groups, as it can accommodate up to 6 people.

The facility includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven/cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private parking for one car. The good-sized terrace includes a private swimming pool (triangular shape 6.45m x 3.7m and depth 1.4m - 1.7m), garden furniture and six sun loungers.

The rental includes bed linen and towels that are changed weekly for stays longer than 10 nights. End-of-stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome meal packages, cots, high chairs, beach towels, extra cleaning, taxi transfers and pets (on request)
